Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("the Terms") apply to all interactions, transactions and services of Yilai Technology ("the Company"), an import and export trading company specializing in electronic components. By accessing the Company’s website, submitting inquiries, placing orders or conducting business with the Company, you ("the Customer") acknowledge having read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms, with revised versions taking effect upon publication on its official website.
Customer Care
1.1 The Company provides professional and timely customer care for electronic components-related needs, including product information, order status, shipping and after-sales support, with an experienced professional team ensuring efficient responses.
1.2 The Customer may contact the Company via the "Contact Us" link, "Request a Quote" link or online chat on the official website. The Company will respond to legitimate inquiries within 1-2 working days and provide feasible solutions.
1.3 For product-related complaints (quality, quantity discrepancy, transportation damage, etc.), the Customer shall provide detailed information (order number, photos, inspection reports, etc.) within 7 working days of receipt. The Company will verify and handle it in accordance with the purchase contract.
1.4 The Company shall not be liable for losses caused by the Customer’s inaccurate information or failure to cooperate with customer care.
Wholesale Inquiries
2.1 Wholesale inquiries are for bulk electronic components purchases (distributors, manufacturers, etc.). The Company welcomes potential partners to submit inquiries for distributor cooperation.
2.2 The Customer shall provide accurate details (product type, model, quantity, quality requirements, delivery needs, etc.) for efficient quotation and response.
2.3 The Company will provide a detailed wholesale quotation within 3-5 working days, valid for 7 working days unless otherwise specified.
2.4 Confirmed wholesale orders require a formal purchase contract, specifying product details, price, payment, shipping and quality terms, which both parties shall fulfill.
2.5 Preferential wholesale prices are offered based on purchase volume and long-term cooperation, with additional support for long-term customers (priority delivery, quality assurance, etc.).
2.6 The Company reserves the right to refuse non-compliant wholesale inquiries. Unilateral order cancellation by the Customer without written consent shall incur liability for the Company’s losses.
General Provisions
3.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict of laws principles.
3.2 Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, submitted to the court with jurisdiction over the Company’s registration place.
3.3 Invalid or unenforceable clauses shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
3.4 The Company’s failure to exercise or delay in exercising rights shall not constitute a waiver of such rights.
