Yilai Technology is an import and export trading company specializing in electronic components. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Yilai Technology (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of products after the conclusion of a purchase contract with customers.
1. Shipping Basis
After the Company and the customer sign the purchase contract, the Company will arrange the shipment of electronic components in strict accordance with the shipping terms (Incoterms) confirmed in the contract. All shipping-related obligations, risks, and costs shall be implemented in line with the agreed Incoterms, including but not limited to FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP, and DDP.
2. Shipment Arrangement
1. After the purchase contract is signed and all relevant pre-shipment conditions (such as payment, product preparation, and documentation) are met, the Company will arrange the shipment within the time frame agreed in the contract.
2. The Company will select appropriate logistics carriers (including but not limited to international express, air freight, and sea freight) based on the shipping terms, product quantity, weight, destination, and customer requirements to ensure the safe and timely delivery of products.
3. For electronic components that require special packaging (such as anti-static, moisture-proof, or shock-proof packaging) to avoid damage during transportation, the Company will adopt professional packaging measures in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements, and the relevant packaging costs shall be borne in accordance with the contract agreement.
3. Shipping Documentation
The Company will provide complete shipping documents required for customs clearance and delivery in accordance with the contract terms and international trade practices, including but not limited to commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading/air waybill, certificate of origin (if applicable), and product quality inspection certificate (if required).
4. Risk Transfer
The transfer of risk of loss or damage to the electronic components shall be subject to the shipping terms (Incoterms) agreed in the purchase contract. Before the risk transfer, the Company shall be responsible for the safety of the products; after the risk transfer, the customer shall bear the corresponding risks.
5. Delays and Force Majeure
1. If the shipment is delayed due to reasons attributable to the Company (such as delayed product preparation, incorrect documentation), the Company will notify the customer in a timely manner and take reasonable measures to expedite the shipment, and bear the corresponding responsibilities in accordance with the contract agreement.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any shipment delays or failures caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, customs inspections, and logistics disruptions. In such cases, the Company will notify the customer of the situation as soon as possible and work with the customer to find a solution.
6. Receipt and Inspection
1. The customer shall inspect the delivered products upon receipt. If any damage, shortage, or inconsistency with the contract requirements is found, the customer shall notify the Company in writing within the time limit agreed in the contract and provide relevant evidence (such as photos, inspection reports). The Company will verify the situation and handle it in accordance with the contract terms (such as replacement, compensation, or return).
2. If the customer fails to notify the Company of any problems within the agreed time limit, it shall be deemed that the products have been received in good condition and in line with the contract requirements.
